Chlastosz was hired as the agency’s Director of Content Strategy in 2016, and subsequently promoted to executive vice president and partner in 2017. In this new role, he will be responsible for directing the continued growth, development, and strategic positioning of the agency, as well as the leadership and management of day-to-day operations of its Chattanooga headquarters. He will also continue to lead the development of the firm’s executive advisory board.
“These past four years have been a tremendous journey, and Dave has been both a rock and a guiding light as we have moved to gain important traction in one of the largest and most competitive markets in the world,” McDonald said. “His no-nonsense leadership approach and his incisive business acumen has proven invaluable to me as an entrepreneur and to our clients and, of course, the amazing LIFT team. We’re growing, and we need a leader like Dave on point as we continue to compete. I am honored to see him take on this tremendous responsibility.”
Prior to joining LIFT, Chlastosz established and led the in-house content marketing practice for Chattanooga-based advertising agency The Johnson Group. LIFT’s growth trend has fueled the need for a more formalized leadership structure, and Chlastosz will lead the company into what is anticipated to be a dynamic period of positive change and scale.
“These are exciting times for LIFT and I am thrilled to have the management team we have,” McDonald added. “Dave’s leadership in the coming years will be very important not just for our company’s future, but for our clients and prospects who seek a solid partner in their pursuit of human-centric healthcare marketing.”
